How do I add a Facebook Brand Page?

Adding The Right Facebook Page Type
TwineSocial is best suited to work with a Facebook Brand Page (vs a Facebook Personal Page.) This is generally because content for a personal page often has security settings that prevent the public from viewing your content. While you can add your Facebook Personal Page to your TwineSocial hub, consider changing your page to a Brand Page if you haven't already done so.
Before you start, make sure you are using Facebook as an end user, not as a page administrator. If so, switch to your user account.
Connecting to Facebook
If you haven't already done so, you'll need to connect your hub to your Facebook account. To see if you've done this:
- While logged in to your Twine Social account, click on Campaigns in the left navigation pane.
- Choose your campaign.
- Choose Connect from the top tab strip.
- Look for a Facebook connection. If you don't see one, choose Add a Social Media Network and follow the steps to add a Facebook connection.
Adding your Facebook Brand Page
Now that you've connected TwineSocial to your Facebook account, you can configure TwineSocial to bring in content from any Facebook Page — even one you don't manage.
You can bring in posts by a particular Facebook Page, posts that contain a hashtag, or posts that mention a Facebook user.
Again, you don't need to be a Facebook Page Administrator for a page that you'd like to add to your TwineSocial hub, so go ahead and add Nike or Starbucks; nobody's stopping you!
